PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Child Welfare Division, is asking the public to help find 13-year-old Chayton Owings.
Chayton is a child in foster care who went missing from Portland on Oct. 2, and is believed to be in danger, the department said.
