PORTLAND, Ore. — A Portland man was arrested Monday on murder charges in the May death of his 15-day-old son, who died from blunt force trauma, police said.
Felipe Arroyo Jr., 38, was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and lodged at the Multnomah County Detention Center, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
