PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – It’s official: The City of Portland has a new administrator.
City Council unanimously confirmed the outgoing city administrator of Greeley, Colo., Raymond C. Lee, for the position Wednesday following his nomination by Mayor Keith Wilson last week.
