Portland tiny home company faces dozens of lawsuits after failing to deliver homes to customers

PORTLAND, Ore. — A Portland tiny home construction company is facing criticism after allegedly taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from customers for homes that were never built.

Tiny Heirloom, which markets luxury, custom-built tiny homes, has been sued by more than two dozen individuals, companies and lenders over the past three years, according to court documents.
