PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — One man was hospitalized and another injured after a shooting in a Southeast Portland parking lot early Saturday morning, police said.
Just before 1 a.m., a Portland police sergeant driving past the area of 13000 block of Southeast Stark Street heard gunfire and saw “lots of people scattering,” officials said.

The sergeant called for backup and officers cleared the parking lot where the shots were fired.
