PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A 31-year-old man was sentenced to 20 years in prison on Friday for shooting at two Portland police officers in 2021, according to the Multnomah Co. District Attorney’s Office.
On March 4, Christian Fitz-Henry was found guilty of attempted murder after shooting at two PPB officers who were trying to arrest him in connection with a deadly robbery.
The 20-year sentence will begin after a 10-year sentence Fitz-Henry is currently serving in connection to that robbery case, bringing his total time in prison to 30 years, the DA’s office said.
