PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Two men were shot and injured in front of a southeast Portland bar early Saturday.
Just before 1 a.m., an officer with the Portland Police Bureau was driving past a parking lot near Southeast Stark Street and Southeast 130th Avenue when he heard shots being fired and people running.
After backup arrived, the officers checked the parking lot, where they found evidence of the gunfire, according to PPB. Later, officers found an injured man a few blocks away, near Southeast 127th.
