Pedestrian dies days after crash in Northeast Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A pedestrian died Sunday after being hit by a vehicle in Northeast Portland last week.

On Dec. 12, Portland police said they responded to a crash near Northeast Sandy Boulevard and Northeast Sandycrest Terrace.

The pedestrian, identified as 80-year-old Roger Margolis, sustained significant injuries in the crash, and on Sunday, the Medical Examiner’s office said that he passed away.
