A Hillsboro man was convicted Tuesday of exposing himself to a minor he babysat, the Washington County District Attorney’s Office announced.
On Dec. 16, a Washington County Circuit Court judge found Brandon Drew Falsetto, 29, guilty of two counts of luring a minor and one count of private indecency.
Falsetto knew the victim’s mother and provided childcare while she worked, prosecutors said. While babysitting, he showed the child a video depicting sexual conduct involving himself and another woman.
