PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Rescue teams saved two campers who were stranded by high water on the Sandy River early Friday morning.
Multnomah County, Gresham, and Corbett officials first responded to Thousand Acres Park, where they rescued two campers and a dog who became stranded in the flood around 4 a.m.
