PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Johnson Creek is filling up fast due to the unrelenting rain.
According to the National Weather Service, the creek could continue to rise and is expected to flood at numerous locations along the creek, prompting a flood warning for the area. Surprising, one neighbor who said he has never seen the creek like this before.
