Portland flood waters recede Saturday after close calls Friday morning

Following evacuation orders in Washington that made national headlines came concerning flood waters around Oregon.

On Friday, flood waters reached the underbellies of homes at the Carver Mobile Home Ranch, a Happy Valley housing development with many units on the Clackamas River. The area was under Level 3 evacuation orders, issued by Clackamas County officials Thursday night.
