Portland police identified the woman killed Saturday in a suspected domestic violence attack as 33-year-old Jessica L. Host-Norwest.
Police arrested her husband, 41-year-old Jason Norwest, on allegations of murder and unlawful use of a weapon over the weekend after they found Host-Norwest dead at an apartment in the 12600 block of Southeast Stark Street just after 6 a.m. Saturday.
Norwest is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges Monday at 2 p.m…
