PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Police have identified a man killed in a North Portland crash, and they are seeking more information.
On Dec. 5, Portland police said James Hatton, 65, stepped off the curb into an eastbound traffic lane on North Columbia Boulevard, where he was hit by two vehicles.
Both drivers stayed at the scene and cooperated with police officials said.
