Man accused in early morning domestic disturbance after shots fired in NE Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was taken into custody after police said he fired shots during a domestic disturbance in Northeast Portland early Christmas morning.

Just before 1:30 a.m., officers initially responded to the area of Northeast 20th and Hoyt Street on reports of a shooting.

Arriving at the scene, police said they found shots were fired during an incident between two people in a relationship.
