PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man who is accused of punching two strangers on public transportation in separate incidents appeared in a Multnomah County court on Friday, pleading not guilty to several charges.
Sincere William Alexander Hunter is facing charges that include multiple counts of fourth-degree assault and interfering with public transportation, according to court documents.
Hunter, who had multiple warrants at the time, was arrested on Dec. 10 by a dual-badge Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office deputy and Transit Police Officer.
