PORTLAND, OR – The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) has launched an investigation into the death of an adult in custody following an incident that occurred early Wednesday morning, December 24, 2025, at the Inverness Jail.
The facility is located at 11540 Northeast Inverness Drive in Portland. In accordance with standard protocol, the East County Major Crimes Team has been activated to conduct a death investigation.
