The nation’s largest not-for-profit air ambulance provider is touching down in Hillsboro.
Life Flight Network announced in December plans to open a new critical care transport base at Hillsboro Airport for round-the-clock emergency air medical services.
Located at 3355 N.E. Cornell Road, the base is set to begin fixed-wing operations in January 2026, with helicopter service to follow. Once operational, it will serve patients across Washington County, as well as Clatsop, Tillamook, Columbia, Clackamas and Multnomah counties…
