PORTLAND, Ore. — A Washington family’s holiday was ruined after discovering that thieves had stolen all their Christmas presents.
Simon Nguyen told KATU that his family was in town to celebrate the holiday at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Downtown Portland. But when they woke up on Christmas morning, he said he noticed his car’s windows had been smashed and his presents were gone.
“I drove off in the car and felt a breeze and looked in the mirror and noticed that our back window was smashed out and all our belongings were gone,” Nguyen said during an interview with KATU News…
