‘Shameful’: Memorial removed from twice-sold Portland burial plot following judge’s ruling

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A family is in mourning after a cemetery accidentally sold them a burial plot that belonged to someone else.

A memorial site for Tyber Harrison was dug up Monday at Skyline Memorial Gardens, following a legal battle involving the cemetery, Harrison’s family, and a prominent Oregon family who had originally purchased the plot.
