Beaverton man dies days after being hit on New Hampshire bridge

BEAVERTON, Ore. (KPTV) – An Oregon man has died following a crash in New Hampshire that happened earlier this month.

The crash happened on Thursday, Dec. 18, at about 12:43 p.m. According to New Hampshire state police, 52-year-old Michael Iwanchuk, of Beaverton, was walking on the Cornish-Windsor covered bridge, which connects New Hampshire and Vermont, when he was hit by a 2011 Ford Ranger.

Iwanchuk was taken to a hospital for treatment. Police said he died from his injuries on Monday, Dec. 29…
