PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – If you’re a Pacific Power customer, you’re in luck: Rates are about to decrease starting Jan. 1, 2026.
The typical residential customer will see a decrease of roughly .7% for their monthly bill after the Oregon Public Utility Commission (PUC) approved the reduction.

You are considered a “typical” customer if your home uses approximately 900 kWh of energy per month, which comes out to a roughly $0.96 decrease to a total bill of $153.28.
