One seriously injured in stabbing at Southeast Portland Safeway

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — One person was hospitalized with serious injuries after a stabbing inside a Southeast Portland Safeway late Thursday morning.

Just after 10 a.m., officers responded to reports of the stabbing in the 3500 block of Southeast 122nd Avenue.

Police said they found one person injured, and they were taken to a hospital by ambulance.

One man was detained by officers pending further investigation, and police say they are not seeking any other suspects at this time…
