PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Vancouver police are investigating after a man was shot and killed in the parking lot of a Vancouver sports bar early Saturday morning.
At around 1 a.m., officers responded to the Off-Ramp Sports Bar on Northeast 112th Avenue on reports of a shooting.
