Homicide victim’s body found ‘submerged’ in Johnson Creek

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Authorities recovered a body found “submerged” in Johnson Creek early Tuesday morning, according to Portland police.

A medical examiner identified the man as Jamal Rogers, 32, and determined he died by homicide. However, the exact cause of death remains unclear.
