PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Multnomah County Prosecutors have charged a man with several crimes after an incident in Northwest Portland on New Year’s Day.
According to court documents, a Portland Police Officer responded to reports of a man defecating on the wall of Bling Dental on NW 13th Avenue.
