PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Police released the name of a man who died last Friday when he crashed with an e-scooter while riding a mini-motorcycle in Southeast Portland.
The crash was reported shortly before 5 p.m. along Southeast 122nd Avenue near the Tibbetts Street intersection.
