PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Edward Chester Nye was just 14 years old when he was last seen in the Sky Lakes Wilderness area near the Rogue River.
The teen set out on a camping trip on June 22, 1978, with his youth church group, and suddenly disappeared after telling his brother he was heading downstream to do some solo fishing.
