GRESHAM, Ore. — The decision for a bail hearing for 2 of the 3 people accused of killing Liam Sphanle-Bailey when a stray bullet hit and killed him in his sleep will now be revealed next week.
The hearing revealed the violence started after a gun trade turned into a robbery that ended with a shootout.
