Oregon DHS Seeks Public Help to Locate Missing 4-Year-Old Girl Believed to Be at Risk

Salem, OR. — The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 4-year-old child believed to be at risk.

According to ODHS Child Welfare, Miamor Hernandez Brown, age 4, went missing on December 30, 2025, with her father, Jose Carmelo Hernandez Martinez, and his partner, Erika Alejandra Simich, all residents of Cornelius. Child Welfare officials say they are actively searching for the child to assess her safety.

ODHS believes the trio may be traveling in the Forest Grove, Hillsboro, Cornelius, or North Portland areas. They are reportedly living out of a white Jeep Patriot with Oregon license plate number 863GEF
