PORTLAND, Ore. — A family from North Bend is warning parents about the dangers of misusing a popular toy after their 7-year-old son suffered severe burns on Christmas Day.
“He is 110 miles an hour all day long. Uh, 110% boy to the bone,” Seth Dean said of his son, Reegan.
