The St. Helens police are investigating a burglary at the former Boise White Paper site, which was recently purchased by Arcadia Paper Mills.
Surveillance cameras captured two people on the property located at 1300 Kaster Road who appeared to be removing items such as cables, hoses and other industrial materials, police said in a release. More than $20,000 worth of materials were allegedly stolen, and significant property damage was inflicted.
