PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — The Oregon Nurses Association (ONA) expressed deep concern following the shooting of two people by federal agents in Portland.
The pair were later identified by both Portland Police and the Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS) as Luis David Nino-Moncada and Yorlenys Betzabeth Zambrano-Contreras.
