A Prineville man died in a vehicle collision in Clackamas County on Thursday, Jan. 8.
According to an Oregon State Police report, around 1 p.m., a westbound Ford Escape, driven by 29-year-old Jacob Robert Brugman, of Vancouver, Washington, was passing a Ford F-250, driven by 55-year-old Prineville resident Gary James Beebe, in a passing lane. The F-250 merged into the Escape as it passed, and the contact caused the F-250 to lose control, crash through a guardrail and roll down an embankment into trees.
