Climbers rescued from icy conditions on Mount Hood

MT HOOD, Ore. — Two climbers — one of whom was injured by a fall into White River Glacier — were rescued from dangerous conditions on Mount Hood over the weekend.

Snow and warm weather made the rescue “challenging,” Hood River County Sheriff’s Office said in a post on social media.
