A woman who tripped a Federal Protective Service officer outside Portland’s U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building on July 4 was sentenced Thursday to a year of probation with 10 hours of community service.
Amber Marcum, 22, kicked the officer in the ankle as the officer ran to arrest someone else who had tagged the ICE guard shack with graffiti, said Assistant U.S. Attorney Nicole Bockelman.
