ICE detains man outside Vancouver courthouse during trial break

VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) – A Vancouver woman wants answers after ICE agents detained her boyfriend outside the Clark County Courthouse on Monday during a lunch break in his criminal trial.

“It’s really hard because it doesn’t feel real,” Haley Dodd said. “It’s not right. It’s not fair. It doesn’t make sense.”
