BEAVERTON, Ore. — The trial for a man accused of murdering a newlywed nurse in Beaverton in 2024 has been delayed a second time.
Prosecutors allege that Bryce Schubert murdered his neighbor, 32-year-old Melissa Jubane, in September 2024.
Jubane, who had recently gotten married and lived in the same apartment complex as Schubert, was reported missing on Sept. 4, 2025, when she didn’t show up for work at Providence St. Vincent.
