PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A neighborhood in northeast Portland was rattled by a shooting, leading to an hours-long search for the suspect who remains on the loose.
“We had no idea what was happening,” said neighbor Susan Campbell. “We got text messages from neighbors down the street saying, ‘Are you okay?’ emails from friends saying, ‘Are you okay?’”
