A woman who was intoxicated when she collided head-on with another driver in North Portland in 2024 was sentenced to 10½ years in prison Friday.
Prosecutors said Angelina Minor’s son, Kingston Coston, was in a child safety seat that hadn’t been properly installed, leading to the 4-year-old’s death during the crash in the St. Johns neighborhood on March 20, 2024.
Minor, 29, had previously gone through DUII diversion in 2019 and was on probation for her second DUII from 2022 at the time of the crash, court records show…
