PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Firefighters have battled a two-alarm blaze at a commercial building in the Argay Terrace neighborhood.
Portland Fire & Rescue responded to the scene near Northeast 127th and Marx Street around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, after someone called to report smoke spreading from a nearby structure. Crews found a large column of smoke releasing from the roof and bay doors of a building when they arrived, PF&R revealed.
The agency said the first crew to arrive immediately established a water supply, forcible entry and search for the fire. Authorities then called a second alarm due to the “large size” of the warehouse building…
