Boring shop fully engulfed by fire
A shop fire fully engulfed and destroyed a business along Southeast Highway 211 in Boring over the weekend.
At 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, Clackamas Fire responded to a heavily involved blaze that had spread throughout the 20-by-100-foot building and had ignited nearby trees and adjacent homes.
The first-arriving crews focused on protecting the nearby residence, working between the shop and home to stop the fire from spreading. They were able to bring it under control and conducted an extensive overhaul to ensure complete extinguishment…
