PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three months after Rogue Ales and Spirits suddenly closed its doors, employees are fighting back.
A class action lawsuit filed Jan. 7 accuses Oregon Brewing Company, parent company of Rogue Ales and Spirits, of violating the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act when it fired its employees without notice.
