A 19-year-old serial rapist who terrorized multiple victims was sentenced to 45 years in prison.
Damani Jazz Anderson pled guilty to sexually assaulting five girls, four of them at gunpoint, over the course of two years. On Thursday, Jan. 29, he was sentenced by Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Benjamin Souede.
