A group of confectionary purveyors have opened an expansion location inside an iconic Downtown Troutdale location, delighting everyone with a sweet tooth.
iCandy celebrated the grand opening of its expansion Saturday, Jan. 31, into the Troutdale General Store building, 289 E. Historic Columbia River Highway.
