PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – The Portland Police Bureau has identified the person who died in a shooting in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood last Monday.
On Monday, Jan. 26, just after 2:30 a.m., officers responded to a medical call near SE 134th Avenue and SE Harold Street. At the scene, officers found 17-year-old Kenneth Smith III suffering from gunshot wounds.
Smith died at the scene. The medical examiner determined his death to be homicide…
