PORTLAND, Ore. — Fogo de Chão, a Brazilian steakhouse chain, is opening a new location at Bridgeport Village in Tigard.
The grand opening for the new steakhouse, at 17015 Southwest 72nd Avenue, is Monday, Feb. 9. This is the second Fogo de Chão to open in the Portland metro area. It’s other location is in Southwest Portland.
The Brazilian churrascaria, or steakhouse, gained popularity for its unique way of serving food. Severs, called gauchos, walk around the dining room with chunks of beef, pork and chicken piled high on skewers.
