PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Authorities are searching for a suspect after a man was stabbed in Tigard on Tuesday morning.
Just before 7:15 a.m., a 911 caller reported a stabbing, which investigators believe happened behind a row of businesses on Southwest Cascade Avenue, south of Southwest Scholls Ferry Road, near railroad tracks.
