PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Police have identified the pedestrian who was struck and killed on the northbound side of Interstate 5 early Monday morning as 45-year-old Michael Scott American Horse.
The crash happened just after 4 a.m. on NB I-5 at the exit ramp to eastbound I-84, just to the north of the SE Water Avenue exit.
American Horse was taken to the hospital in critical condition, where he later died…
