Three men were arrested as Portland police investigated an injury shooting inside a Parkrose neighborhood motel, police say.
Officers responded just before 11 p.m. Thursday to the Horseshoe Inn, 11324 N.E. Sandy Blvd., where they found a man and a woman suffering from gunshout wounds that don’t appear to be life threatening.
